February 5, 2026 – Port Charlotte, FL
A Port Charlotte woman was arrested after offering sexual acts for money to a detective during an undercover operation.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that illegal prostitution had been occurring at AAA Rose Massage, located at 3315 S. Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. Detectives planned an undercover operation to determine if these allegations were true, which was implemented on Wednesday, February 4. The operation included members of the CCSO Narcotics Unit with the assistance of the Strategic Targeted Area Response (STAR) team.
During the operation, Hong Zeng (08/21/1961) offered and agreed to perform sexual acts with an undercover detective in exchange for money. While discussing this, Zeng groped the detective over his clothes.
Through investigation, it was learned that Zeng’s massage license had been revoked by the Department of Health back in June 2020, which prohibits her from acting as a masseuse at all.

“As long as this type of disgusting behavior is happening in Charlotte County, we will continue to make these arrests and shut these operations down. There is no place for this kind of activity here. The warnings have been given – close up shop and leave town immediately… or you’re next.”
Sheriff Bill Prummell
As a result of the operation, Zeng was arrested for Solicitation of Prostitution, Battery by Intentional Touch or Strike, Use or Attempt to Use Revoked Massage License, and Resisting an Officer Without Violence.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has been working with the Florida Department of Health in reference to these establishments.
