Sheriff’s Deputy Honored

Charlotte County Community Policing Deputy Lou Henyecz was recently honored at a breakfast gathering of community leaders, family and Sheriff’s Office Comand members. The ceremony, which was held at the Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club, honored Henyecz for his outstanding work within the community. The Gulf Coast Partnership, Together Charlotte and Healthy Charlotte awarded Henyecz with the Community Champion Award. Deputy Henyecz is seen here on the left along with Chief Deputy Tom Rodgers.

Sheriff Bill Prummell states that “The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office makes it our mission to partner with various organizations who have a positive footprint in our community. The Gulf Coast Partnership, Together Charlotte and Healthy Charlotte are no exceptions. Deputy Lou Henyecz is passionate about working closely with these organizations and other like it.
