Four suspects were arrested on Thursday after a search warrant was executed on a Port Charlotte residence. Detectives with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit served the warrant at 167 Appian Street, the result of an ongoing investigation into narcotics activity at the home. The warrant was served with the assistance of several specialty units; Warrants, Canine, Traffic, and Aviation.
The occupants listed below were charged with multiple drug offense after a search of the residence. Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Marijuana, and other drugs were located inside the home.
Melissa D. Arthur (DOB 10/11/1975) Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Fentanyl, Possess Marijuana < 20g, Possess Drug Paraphernalia
Michelle Lee Spittler (DOB 07/26/1973) Possess Methamphetamine, Possess Marijuana < 20g, Possess Drug Paraphernalia
Anthony Bertucci (DOB 01/15/1969) Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Possess New Legend Drug w/out Rx.
Christina Snow (DOB 8/7/1978) Possession Controlled Substance, Possess Drug Paraphernalia
All four suspects were transported to the Charlotte County Jail.
