The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brittnay Ann Nicholson (3/20/1988) for Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon in relation to the stabbing at Paddy Wagon Irish Pub located at 2681 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte on June 24, 2021.

Around 2 am Thursday, dispatch received a call in reference to a stabbing that took place at the Paddy Wagon Irish Pub located at 2681 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. The victim is currently seeking treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. This was an isolated incident with no threat to the public.
Major Crimes detectives are currently investigating and are asking for anyone with information to contact the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office at 941-639-0013.
